- Local Pickup: [Free/Amount] from our designated point in Midstream.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over the amount announced on our homepage, at the top of the website.

3. Delivery Timelines (ECTA Compliance)
In accordance with Section 46 of the ECTA, we aim to execute all orders within 30 days. If we are unable to deliver your order within this timeframe, we will notify you immediately. You then have the right to cancel the agreement with 7 days' written notice for a full refund.

4. Risk and Ownership
Under South African law, the risk of damage or loss passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address provided in your order. We ensure all items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

5. How to Check Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours at office@midstreamthings.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Put in your e-mail subject: Damage -(Your Order Number).

- Defective/Damaged on Arrival: Per the CPA, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at our expense for items damaged during transit.
- Lost in Transit: If your order has not arrived within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
