2. The Sale Agreement

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract of sale only comes into effect when we ship the item to you. We reserve the right to cancel any order (with a full refund to you) in the event of stock shortages or obvious pricing errors

3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in ZAR. While we strive for accuracy, if an item is listed at a price that contains a manifest error (e.g., an obvious decimal point mistake), we are not obliged to honour that price and will refund your payment instead

4. Shipping and Delivery

In accordance with the ECTA, we aim to deliver goods within 30 days. If we cannot meet this timeline, we will notify you.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to your specified shipping address.

5. Returns and Refunds
Our Refund Policy (linked below) is incorporated into these terms. This includes your 7-day cooling-off right under the ECTA and your 6-month warranty for defective goods under the CPA.

6. User Conduct & Intellectual Property
You may not use our products for any illegal purpose. All designs, artwork, and website content are the intellectual property of Midstream Things

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
